Patrol Supervisor - West

Parking Enforcement Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Parking Enforcement Manager, the Parking Enforcement Supervisor is the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our parking operations. From optimizing patrol schedules to maintaining professional, compliant sites, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.

Position Overview

The Parking Enforcement Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all parking locations maintain effective patrol and enforcement coverage, present a professional image, and operate in full compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.

Location: Vancouver Area
Wage: $25–$27 per hour
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage employee schedules
  • Optimize patrol coverage and enforcement efficiency
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Conduct patrol and enforcement duties as required
  • Oversee fleet management and vehicle maintenance
  • Manage and monitor the work order system
  • Supervise, support, and lead team members

Qualifications

  • Solid educational background
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • Valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
