Maintenance Cleaner (Full-time / Permanent)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 32.5 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site

• Sweep and scrub parkade floors

• Remove debris, leaves, trash, and oil stains

• Empty garbage bins and replace liners

• Clean stairwells, elevators, and pedestrian walkways

• Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE

• Place safety cones/signage while cleaning wet areas

• Ensure fire exits and emergency access areas remain clear

• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly

• Respond politely to customer inquiries while on site

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must have their own vehicle to travel between sites
• Ability to make decisions under pressure, demonstrate resourcefulness, and handle various situations effectively.
• Experience with cash handling is considered an asset.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
