Indigo Park Canada is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Team Leader with a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to lead our parking patrolling operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee team members in daily parking patrolling activities
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations
• Establish, monitor, and track team goals to ensure operational success
• Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing feedback to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback
• Address and resolve team conflicts or operational issues
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Management to achieve organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and and French
• Hold a valid New Brunswick Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Must possess a personal vehicle (kilometer reimbursement offered by Indigo).
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to motivate and engage team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
